Internet..don't leave me again!

My mommy in law to be didn't pay for the internets for a few days so I was without it..

Okay so I went to Mizuumicon today right? Robby's first con my 7th one.

It was okay. Pretty small but still okay. I just wish I had a costume!

People walked around and I was treated normally.

IT KILLED ME INSIDE...just a little anyway.(T_T);

lol. I'm so use to being in this elaborate costume so it was weird but

I did get asked for a picture like..2 times =P

Robby bought me a wig!

It was a party wig, but actually not that bad!

I was happy.

He wanted me to wear something since he saw

how sad I was when I knew there was a con but had no outfit.

I'm a braaaat, I know.

Oh anyway! I will upload a video later. I forgot to take pics to there's like

3? lol.

^~^; Oh and Robby thinks I could use some sort of wood for my Mercedes crossbow

He wants to help me work on it while I'm here then ship back pieces to CA.

I don't know if we will but we'll see.

I won't be home until like March 17th or so. =/

Gotta find a cheap ticket now for when I do go home.

A Cosplay interview with Taiga (Tora Dora)

Following my last Cosplay Interview with reifes88 and his Iron Tager, I have another TIGER to introduce to everyone in the year of the METAL TIGER (Chinese horoscope) !!!!

Yes, its everyone male Otaku’s favourite animal girl; Taiga Aisaka !!

 

Blehhh I suck so much at interviewing. I promise I’ll do better next time T_T

 

I met KuroHoshi’s Taiga at the GCA event last year and she totally owned the crowd! Whenever she starts posing a wall of photographer appears xD

KuroHoshi was really cute and natural when I interacted with her, MOE much! Her love for the character shows through even though she didn’t make the costume herself but its clear she really loved Taiga and knew the character inside out.

ANIMAX K-On! Cosplay Outing

March 13, 2010 (Saturday), Trinoma Mall

Get your cameras ready and be part of a casual outing with the cool K-On Cast cosplayed by Alodia & Ashley Gosiengfiao, Janeena Chan and Bea Araneta!

Photographers, cosplayers and those who would like to join our little adventure in the outskirts of the Metro are most welcome!

NO ENTRANCE FEE!



So what exactly is this event all about, you ask?

This is probably one of the more unconventional types of anime/cosplay gatherings. The K-On cast will be roaming around the mall along with photographers. The team can be having a photoshoot & picnic in the garden, having coffee at one of the shops or just plainly strolling and window shopping! It is a fun casual outing with our K-On friends with lotsa time for snapshots!



No entrance fee? What's the catch?

Yes there is NO entrance fee to be part of the team! There is also NO catch such as signing registration forms and such! But uploading the aftermath photos online (like FaceBook) and tagging the cast back will be greatly appreciated!



But what if you are not an official photographer?

Official photographer or not, pros and rookies, SLRs & cellphone cam-owners and whatnot, everyone is welcome to be part of this one-of-a-kind event! Just look for the team and you're in!!



This event is brought to you by ANIMAX ASIA! So photographers can get a chance to have their shots featured on Animax TV! This means that your works will get a chance to be on-air over the whole of Southeast Asia (Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Korea) just by sending shots taken during this K-On event to ANIMAX!!

Usagi Tsukino - Progress II

So today I got a bit on the blouse. I finshed the collar and the sleeves. The sleeves might have been getting a bit big, but I still like them so I guess I won't do anything about it. All that is left now is to attach the collar and the hem. Just click on the photos for close up.
