Erskine Pic of the Day (etc.)
Cosplayers, it's time you step down from your high seats and realize that just because more people cosplay now and Alodia appears on TV don't mean cosplay is "mainstream". Cosplayers are nothing more than closet nerds who've come out because they think cosplay is edgy and cool, and they're dead wrong.
Does it feel so bad to have your goddess be called a "mystery girl" when you think everyone in the world should know her and fap to her pictures? Face it, you're still part of a very tiny subculture that will always be laughed at and ridiculed. You may think you're doing an "in" thing, but the truth is very few people give a damn. Heck, the K-pop wannabes haven't been around for as long as cosplayers have yet they're still more recognized.
Ever wondered why there is no GamerTotoy in Japan? That's because more than one person in the Japanese population know how lame cosplay is and are vocal about it that otaku have come to accept themselves as the losers that they really are. Even in its homeland where it has been established for a long time, cosplay is still nowhere near as accepted as you nerds would want it to be. So don't blame the media that matters if they think you're "underground". Someday, they'll know you for the laughing stock that you are and that's what you should actually complain about.
Also, Erskine, there is no hyphen in "all over".
